Leila Asfour, LAc, Dipl. OM (NCCAOM)
As a practitioner of Chinese Medicine and Chinese Medicine herbology I support clients dealing with anxiety, sleep disorders, grief, stress and those experiencing high sensitivities in their lives. I work regularly with many aspects of Women's health (menstrual disorders, menopause, postpartum care) and I also care for patients that feel the need for seasonal resets or periodic check ups to enhance optimum health.
I have a special interest in working alongside those who may be feeling stuck or experiencing major changes and those who feel like they are looking to tap into something more in any part of their life.
All the therapeutic techniques I offer such as auriculotherapy (ear reflexology), acupuncture, cupping, meridian palpation, botanical medicines and QiGong serve to support my clients in recalibrating a healthy body/mind/spirit balance.
With specific training in facial therapies (acupuncture, guasha, cupping) I often use these modalities as transformational tools to help shift the emotional imprints we carry on our faces.
I have lived in many parts of the world but mostly lived between France and the United States where I earned my Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2016. I am board certified in both California State (LAc) and Nationally in the United States (Dipl. OM, NCCAOM). Here in France I am awaiting membership within the FNMTC (a TCM professional organization based out of the Alpes-Maritime region).
As a follow up to my Masters in Chinese Medicine I continued studying with a series of teachers some of whom are still actively mentoring me:
